failure analysis and engineering specifications for coating projects. 

Responsibilities:   Special Project Manager of Quality Assurance for paints and linings

used in ship, architectural and building construction, including but not limited to shop

primers, field primers, glass, rubber, synthetic and composite linings, barrier, cosmetic,

chemical resistant and elastomeric coatings, grouts and other sealants.  Total knowledge

in surface preparation of steels, non-ferrous, ferrous and ores metals, concrete, masonry,

wood, glass and other composite materials, application techniques for all listed surfaces

and materials, specification interpretation and methods of substitution when specification

requirements are sub-standard.  Knowledge in various laboratory and field test equipment

for testing paints and coatings.  Test procedures to determine quality of a coating its

characteristics and failure analysis of paints and coatings.
